At Bergeron Woodworks we are committed to giving back to our community and our planet. When we started our company in 1999, our goal was to divert materials from the overburdened landfill. We continue to divert about 5 TONS of materials PER YEAR from the landfill, but we felt like that was not enough and we were looking to do more. In 2015, we found the perfect partnership and committed to joining 1% FOR THE PLANET.

1% FOR THE PLANET is a global network of businesses, nonprofits and individuals working together for a healthy planet. The organization brings dollars and doers together to accelerate smart environmental giving.
WHAT IS BW’S COMMITMENT?
We donate 1% of our gross sales that directly support environmental nonprofits that are making a difference.

We realize we have a responsibility to protect our planet while acknowledging our company profits from the resources we take from the earth. We know we have to protect those resources.
